This is our casual, no-fuss agreement between you and the Zloen team, made just to make sure we all have a good time using the app. There's no complicated jargon here, just a few simple ground rules to keep Zloen a calm, useful space for everyone who loves spending time by the water.
Zloen is built to be your low-pressure fishing companion: we've got the soft lavender interface, glassy card layouts, and warm gold accents you love, plus all the tools to track your spots, log catches, learn about fish species, and collect fun rewards as you go.
No login required, ever - you get full access to every core feature the second you open the app, no personal information submission needed. Feel free to:
✨ Save as many fishing spots as you want, add photos, location labels, water type tags, and your personal visit notes
✨ Browse the full freshwater fish guide with habitat info, feeding habit tips, best fishing seasons, and tackle recommendations
✨ Unlock new species entries with the pearls you earn or purchase
✨ Store all your catch photos in your personal gallery, add weight, length, and custom notes for every haul
✨ Adjust your privacy settings, manage your pearl balance, and make in-app purchases of extra pearls whenever you want, no strings attached
All the content you save in Zloen (photos, notes, spot locations, catch logs) belongs 100% to you, we will never access, share, or use your personal content for any purpose without your explicit consent.
We'll keep the Zloen interface running smoothly, with the calm, immersive underwater workshop vibe you love. We'll regularly update the fish guide with accurate, useful information, and we'll never hide core features behind paywalls - all paid features are optional extras for people who want to unlock extra content faster.
If you run into any bugs, missing content, or issues with in-app purchases, we'll get back to you as soon as we can to fix the problem.
Pearls are Zloen's in-app virtual currency, used exclusively to unlock extra fish species entries and fun custom interface themes. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money, and are non-transferable between accounts.
All in-app purchases of pearl packs are optional. If your purchased pearls don't show up in your balance within 24 hours, reach out to us and we'll either add the missing pearls or process a full refund for you, no hoops to jump through.
You can check your pearl balance, purchase history, and adjust purchase preferences any time in the app's settings menu.
If you choose to share your catch photos, spot recommendations, or fishing tips with other Zloen users (this is completely optional!), please keep content friendly, relevant to fishing, and respectful of other people's experiences. We don't allow spam, unrelated content, or rude messages in any shared spaces.
You can adjust your content visibility, turn off sharing features, and delete any content you've shared at any time through your privacy settings.
If we ever adjust these terms, we'll post a bright, noticeable notification in the Zloen app at least 7 days before the new terms take effect, so you'll never be caught off guard. If you're okay with the changes, just keep using the app as normal! If you don't agree with the new terms, you can uninstall Zloen at any time with no extra steps needed.
